The Cast:

Long term, meaningful changes to the artists we see on stage can only happen through the continued anti-racism work on the administrative and creative levels. Due to the nature of the casting process, as well as the many different stories we want to showcase and lift up, we can’t guarantee that every single project will have a cast of at least 50% people of color. As administrators, however, we can promise that at least 50% of the performers we work with over the course of a season will be artists of color.
