Community Engagement:

On all projects moving forward we will be working with multiple submission tools to expand our applicant pool and make sure these opportunities are reaching artists of color, specifically Black artists, that are not yet in our network of friends. A broader applicant pool will ensure that we are able to give more opportunities to more Black creators, at every level of the collaborative process. A commitment to community engagement also means we will be working towards diversifying our audience base.
